3. You may skip the first 2 modules if desired, then complete the last 7 modules.

2. Click Yes for "I have completed the course in its entirety".
3. Complete demographics questions, then submit.

What is Vision of You (VoY)?

Vision of You is a go-at-your-own-pace online program all about real-life stuff—like relationships, life skills, and understanding your sexuality. It uses fun videos, animations, and game-like activities to keep things interesting while you learn. The whole program takes about 3-5 hours total, and you can complete it over 2–7 weeks—whatever works for your schedule.

There are 9 units in the program, including:

STI Prevention
Methods of Protection
Clinic Visit
Thinking Forward

Unlocked: Next Levels

1.‍ ‍Decide what feels right for you when it comes to being sexually active—and how often.

2.‍ ‍Think about who you want to be with and make choices about your relationships.

3.‍ ‍Use protection (like condoms or birth control) to take care of yourself and your future.

4.‍ ‍Build real-life skills—like spotting healthy vs. unhealthy relationships, communicating with parents or trusted adults, and understanding what’s going on as you grow and change.

2-7 weeks: We give you a minimum of 2 weeks to complete this program - yet you can finish it before then. The program must be completed before 8 weeks have passed!
13-24: People between the ages of 13-24-years-old generally are the best suited for this program!
Computer, laptop, or iPad: All larger devices are great to take Vision of You on. Smaller devices like phones, might be hard to navigate or get the full experience of of the program!
