You can pay your bill by calling the clinic, coming to our Front Desk, or clicking the button below to access your bill pay account. You will need the 16-digit account number from your current statement to create an online payment account.
Note: Payment Portal accounts created before 10/2025 will need to re-enroll using the new 16 digit account number on your current statement. Questions? Call (406) 587-0681 ext 0.
