Peer Ed Recruitment Process:
Application due Tuesday March 31st: We want to get to know you, so take a deep breath and let those answers flow. Take your time and paint us a picture of who you are!
Character Reference due March 31st: Time to flaunt your amazing self with a character reference from someone who knows just how awesome you are: a favorite teacher, coach, or boss!
Open Meetings: Join us for one of our upcoming meetings at Bridgercare, 1288 N 14th Ave. This will give you a chance to see a Peer Ed meeting in action!
March 3rd, 6:30 pm-8:30 pm: Disability, Neurodivergence & Sexual Health
March 24th, 6:30 pm-8:30 pm: "Where are they now?" w/ Peer Ed Alumni
Scheduling Interviews:
On applications, applicants will choose times they will be available Monday April 13th, and Tuesday April 14th between 4-6:10pm.
On Tuesday April 7th, applicants will get a call to confirm what time they will interview the following week!
Interviews: Everyone who applies to Peer Ed gets an interview - so don't sweat! Applicants will either interview on Monday April 13th between 4-6:10pm OR Tuesday April 14th between 4-6:10pm.
Speed Dating Style Interviews: Get ready to mingle and interview with our Peer Educators! We'll be mixing and matching groups, so you can get to know everyone in the room.
Elevator Pitch Presentation: Present your 4-minute elevator pitch about something you’d like to teach us, something you’re passionate about, or a creative piece describing yourself! Visual aid suggested.
Peer Ed 2026-2027 Decided: Applicants will know they got into Peer Ed by Tuesday April 21st!
